Apply an amount of gel the size of one or two grains of rice directly with a clean finger or with the help of a cotton swab, 2-3 times a day or as needed.
Do not rinse.

Perform 2 or 3 daily rinses, pouring about 10-15 ml of undiluted mouthwash in a glass. Rinse for one minute, ensuring that the mouthwash reaches all areas of the mouth and spit out.
